I know that only one blog is needed so far but....

I actually enjoyed writing and just letting me spill onto the page.

There is one trait of mine I would give anything to change. If I am at home it does not matter when a deadline is due, I will wait to do it until I can feel the pressure of it nearly killing me. I have learned two things about me from my procrastination, I can work really well under pressure and it does not always work out for me. Honestly, I am just like everyone else, I would rather play video games or watch TV than do homework, but why kill my self from stress because I do not want to do the work until its almost too late? It is a resolution of mine to actually stop the procrastination but like every battle, it is uphill.

  1. I have always been a huge procrastinator too. I used to say that I did my best work at the last minute. This all stems from my 7th grade social studies fair project that I did the night before and won first place on. Now that I am older, I seem to be growing out of the habbit. Now, I would rather get it done when it is assigned and never have to stress.

  2. I am the same way. Procrastination is my claim to fame. But if you say on top of your work, it gets better towards the end of the semester. Which really doesn't count because you're almost done. And even if you get better at the end of a semester, once a new semester starts you have different classes and different types of assignments. You wonder how you're going to get into a good routine for the new batch of classes only to find that the semester is almost over.

  3. I am right there with you! Procrastination is one of my most annoying flaws. I do not know if this will help you or not but when I procrastinate it is always for a reason, "I am afraid to write my paper because I can't write very well" or " I am not interested in the subject so I do not want to read 180 pages about it". Once I know why I am avoiding my homework it usually makes it easier to tackle it. Good luck!

  4. Oh, I am the worst! I have a great work ethic, but, if I don't want to do something, it takes an act of law to make me do it!

  5. I am terrible about procrastinating. I will wate until I feel the pressure of the assignent due date. I have always been like that. It's almost as if I can't concentrate if I dont have any pressure.
